- This might result in shutting all men out as a perceived safety maneuver, yet still she remains in isolation, when deep down she craves to be in good relationship.
- Feels afraid or insecure around protecting herself, speaking up, and confidently standing up for herself and other women – particularly in the face of dominating masculine presence

The Transmissions
1 | Victim to Heroine
We begin by honoring our collective and personal trauma. We create brave space within the sanctuary of our sisterhood to process the grief, anger & pain that we have endured at the hands of the patriarchy, white supremacy and related systems of oppression.
From there, we invoke the righteous warrior within. The resilient heroine fueled by the flames of her own inner masculine / king. We call forth the virtue that the masculine principle is meant to uphold, and channel it within our empowered selves as birth-creators of the world we desire.
Through a powerful shamanic ritual, we further retrieve parts of our souls fragmented in previous timelines or experiences, & piece our once-broken selves back into wholeness to be revived. This is the transmutation of pain into power.
2 | Invoking the Sword
Here, we create brave space for our righteous rage and declaration of our sacred “no” to be honored the way they always deserved.
We refine our relationship to our emotional charge and anger, so that it can be harnessed effectively and in ultimate service to the greater good, by developing the skills required to wield a sword responsibly.
Through experiencing somatic rage release, we shed the imprints of unprocessed anger, grief etc. from our nervous & somatic systems. Anchored by a psychic “Excalibur Attunement” energy work practice, we emerge from this chapter with greater confidence in harnessing and wielding our own power.
3 | Reviving The Matriarch
We enter the third chapter by re-awakening the original force of the feminine – the wisdom, skills & energetic blueprint that was once lost, but never forgotten. We invoke the archetype of The Matriarch, which teaches us how to embody the original art of feminine leadership & consciously steward our personal realms in alignment with our values.
Here, we remember what it means to embody true feminine power. Not in concept – but in embodied expression unique to your personal blueprint of feminine leadership.
This work is then integrated through a guided somatic womb clearing ritual in order to release any imprints of toxic masculinity in our beings & reclaim our personal sovereignty.
4 | Reviving the King
Anchored in our feminine higher knowing, we are then able to redefine our relationship with the masculine. We address all masculine dynamics, including but not limited to fathers, lovers, brothers, & patriarchal systems at large.
Accompanied by a shamanic cord cutting practice, we release the shackles of the wounds that once held us back.
Rewiring pain into power, we transform our past wounds with the masculine into a redefined relationship rooted in truth, advocacy & clarified feminine wisdom.
5 | Becoming Unshakeable
Now, we bridge the activations of our inner king + inner matriarch, weaving the energetics together into embodying sovereign inner union. This is where unshakeable power is born.

Meet your Guide
Claire Avelina (she/hers) grew up in a family of feminists. Her service in grassroots activism began at age 14, advocating for healthy sexual relations and mental health support at her high school.
Her main focus became sexual violence prevention and education in college, where she worked as the Vice President of the University of Oregon – a role that included the management of a $17 million budget across countless progressive campaigns both locally and federally.
After the election of Donald Trump in 2016, burnt-out & heart-broken, Claire turned to self-empowerment work. If the government won’t provide for us, we will ourselves. She has since devoted her life to equipping diverse populations with alternative modalities in order to restore their hearts, fortify their sovereignty & rebuild healthier communities.

Do I need any prior experiences?
Not at all. All you need is the free will power to reclaim the life that you deserve. Claiming sovereignty can be a big stance, and isn’t always easy – which is why we offer 1:1 support to have your back along the way.
