Sometimes you don’t need a long container. You need one powerful afternoon.
My single sessions are designed for exactly that — a focused, deeply personal 1:1 experience that meets you where you are and moves something real. Each session draws from years of integrative training across energy work, somatic and Hakomi-informed approaches, and transformational healing arts.
What is energy work?
There are many fields we can’t see with the naked eye — UV light being one simple example. Just because something is invisible doesn’t mean it isn’t real, or that it isn’t actively shaping your experience.
Energy work operates on the understanding that our bodies hold more than our physical history. Stress, grief, relational rupture, accumulated tension — these don’t just live in the mind. They settle into the body, the nervous system, and the energetic field. Clearing that residue can shift things that talk therapy alone sometimes can’t reach.
All of my sessions except the Insight Session include some form of energy work. If you’re new to this and want to understand the research behind it before diving in, I’ve gathered resources from leading scientific institutions on my research page.

Subconscious Reprogramming

Holistic, embodied transformation across any area of your life — relationships, identity, patterns, beliefs, health, purpose. Theta Healing works at the level of the subconscious, combining deep relaxation states with advanced energy healing to create shifts that last.
This is the most comprehensive single session I offer, and often the one clients return to most.
Includes: subconscious belief reprogramming, quantum activation, energetic healing, and intuitive guidance.
Soul Retrieval
$175
60-90 minutes
For those navigating the aftermath of loss, trauma, or a significant life transition. Soul Retrieval works on the principle that difficult experiences can fragment our sense of wholeness — and that those parts of ourselves can be called home.
Includes: retrieval of fragmented self-aspects, repair of energetic damage from past experiences, animal spirit guide integration, and psychic insights to support your path forward.
Deep Clearing
$145
60-90 minutes
Advanced energy work focused on releasing what has accumulated and no longer belongs. If you’ve been feeling heavy, stuck, or like you’re carrying something that isn’t entirely yours — this session is designed for exactly that.
Includes: clearing of stagnant or inhibiting energy blocks, removal of unhelpful energetic attachments, cord cutting to release psychic ties to relationships or places, and field restoration.
Insight Session
$125
60-75 minutes
A deeply personal 1:1 guidance session — part integrative coaching, part intuitive consultation. Grounded in Hakomi-informed and somatic-aware approaches, this session creates space for honest reflection, pattern recognition, and clarity on whatever you’re navigating.
For those who are spiritually inclined, optional add-ons include psychic insight, Akashic Records reading, Gene Keys or astrology integration, and divination (at no extra cost). You choose how much or how little of that feels right for you.
Somatic Transformation
in development
60-90 minutes
The energy body is intricately embedded within your physical, somatic body and nervous system. Here, we bridge that awareness through a Hakomi-informed, Somaya Method-infused session. This methodology is body-led and focused, while incorporating interactions with appropriate meridians, and somatic psychology through application of Internal Family Systems.
This session is actively in development and will be available by early 2027 at the latest.

On Access & Reciprocity
In older traditions, the village healer was cared for by the whole community in exchange for their service. We no longer live in those structures, and I hold that tension consciously. Transformative support should not be available only to those who can afford it at full price.
I offer work-trade arrangements, and full or partial scholarships for those who need them. If cost is a barrier, please reach out before deciding this isn’t for you.
These sessions are offered as holistic support and are not a replacement for professional therapy or physician-advised treatment. I work collaboratively alongside licensed clinicians and actively refer out when appropriate.
