who I am
My name is Claire Avelina. I am a Empowerment Mentor– guided by my trainings as a Coach with the CoActive Institute, as a nature-based Ceremonialist, & Integrative Holistic Health Coach.
I'm devoted to serving the well-being of others through trauma-informed & culturally-competent mentorship, energy work, sound baths, & ceremonial practices including rites of pasage.
My personal north star is a devotion to liberate the authentic wisdom that exists within all of us, whether through my wellness services or my decade+ of social & environmental justice activism. Together, we can help restore balance & enact change for the benefit of our collective world– beginning from the inside, out.
