I’m Claire Avelina — a guide, practitioner, and educator rooted in the intersection of embodied healing, grounded mysticism, and
heart-led leadership development.
My work supports people who are ready to move from performing their lives to actually living them: with presence, with power, and with an increasing trust in their own inner authority.
For over a decade I’ve worked at the intersection of
personal transformation and collective change —
as a healing arts practitioner, a coach,
an organizational leader,
and a student of the
world’s universal spiritual teachings.
That breadth isn’t accidental.
Real transformation, I’ve found, doesn’t happen in a single lane.
It asks us to tend to the nervous system and the soul,
the personal story and the relational field,
the ancient wisdom and the embodied present-moment truth.
My approach is built on a foundational belief:
you are not broken, and you never were.
The deepest work isn’t excavation of damage —
it’s remembrance of wholeness.
It’s learning to inhabit yourself so fully that
clarity, courage, and genuine leadership
become natural expressions of who you are,
rather than things you perform for the world.
What this work tends to move through:
Cultural & relational healing.
We are living in a time of profound relational rupture — between genders, generations, and communities. I care deeply about supporting people to heal the internalized patterns that keep us at war with ourselves and each other, and to step into the kind of relational culture we actually want to live in.
Grounded mysticism.
I’m not interested in spiritual bypassing or imposed belief systems. What I offer instead is a framework for developing deeper intimacy with life itself — within your own spiritual worldview, on your own terms. We work with what is verifiable, universal, and genuinely supportive of your sovereign unfolding, whatever tradition or none you may come from.
Multi-dimensional sovereignty.
True empowerment isn’t a mindset. It lives in the body, in the energy field, in the choices you make when no one is watching. My work supports you to reclaim authority across all the dimensions of your being — emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual — so that sovereignty becomes a lived reality rather than an aspiration.
Heart-led leadership.
Whether you’re stepping into a visible role, building something new, or simply ready to stop shrinking in your own life — leadership is woven through all of this work. Not the kind that requires a title, but the kind that requires you to know yourself deeply enough to move with integrity, even when it’s hard.
A word on how I work:
I believe in meeting people where they are. My 1:1 sessions and mentorship are deeply customized — there is no one-size-fits-all curriculum,
because there is no one-size-fits-all person.
I draw from a wide range of verified training in energy work, coaching, somatic approaches, and integrative wellness, and I work in active collaboration with licensed clinicians and cultural practitioners to ensure the integrity and safety of everything I offer.

- 2009 – present | Directly supported hundreds of people (and growing) with trauma-aware mentorship and multi-dimensional guidance, both in individual, group and mass-level containers.
- 2023 – present | Launched Avelina Apothecary, consistently selling out inventory through organic word-of-mouth referrals (to the point of not requiring an Etsy, though linking one here for product details). Successfully distributing hand-made, small-batch products through wholesale retail as a one-woman company.
- November 2022 | Hosted & co-facilitated my first 4-day women’s empowerment retreat with 18 participants. Lifelong friendships were made & many lives were transformed. See testimonials for examples & stories.
- September 2021 | Partnered with the founder of the Bagby Hotsprings Conservation Collective, and helped fundraise $75,000 for the preservation of Portland’s local hot springs.
- December 2019 | Co-founded & produced the event, Peace for Amazonia, which was an intimate music & community festival experience. With bare minimal resources and less than a month to execute, a small team of us raised $1,000 for the Dessana Institute in Brazil in order to help preserve the Amazon Rainforest & directly support its Indigenous communities.
- 2015 – 2016 | Elected as my university’s student body Vice President, representing & serving the needs of more than 27,000 students on both local & federal levels. I helped delegate a budget of over $17 million & managed teams of over 40 people at a time. I additionally was awarded Friar’s & Honors Society accolades for my academic & leadership skills.
