For so many years, I didn’t actually feel like an adult.
I felt more like a little girl: sometimes age 6; more often 12; felt 17 on a good day. Confused inside a blooming twenties body.
I let my fears run my life, in relationships, career– everywhere.
Fears & insecurities defined how I walked through the world & how I saw myself in the mirror.
Despite dressing & acting “my age”, I didn’t feel anchored or confident in my being. & I was emotionally + mentally fragile as a result.
Triggers were near daily (whether I acknowledged them or not). Shoving them under the rug, buckling up & pretending I was okay/unbothered was my solution, even if I inevitably shed tears in public bathroom stalls.
My thoughts were overly critical of myself & others. I was mentally judgmental of those in my life, but the biggest bully to myself. Nothing & no relationship could feel right, because I didn’t feel good in the first place.
I had zero boundaries. My people-pleaser inside was desperate to be liked & externally validated. I allowed a lot of unbalanced dynamics into my life as a result, perpetuating major distrust, pain & isolation in my relationships overtime.
I couldn’t discern between what beliefs, tastes, desires were mine or had been imposed upon me. I dressed in styles I didn’t actually like but were “popular”. I behaved in ways that didn’t feel good, but were normalized by peers. Not knowing who I really was certainly didn’t help.
Until I decided I had enough.
Enough of feeling innately uncomfortable & lost within my own existence, in the one lifetime I have.
If no one could show me the way to embodied adulthood, the ways our ancestors guided their kin through rites of passage, then I would pave the way myself.
& so I did.

A Love Note to Sovereignty-Seekers
I believe in the transformational power of this work so deeply, that I felt a strong pull to make it more accessible + approachable through this online workshop series. It is my personal dream to live in cultures & communities where more people are equipped to live from their sovereign, clarified & empowered heart-centers.
That said, this workshop series only scratches the surface of the depths we dive into in the Sovereign Membership. Each workshop, for about 2 hours each, can truly only grasp about 5-10% of this work.
Reason being: The workshop approach omits the somatic embodiment practices, powerfully curated ceremonies, invaluable long-term group connection, & personalized 1:1 coaching that is provided in the 3-month journey.
Additionally, while the monthly membership experience is curated for people with lived experience as feminine beings, the workshop series is purposely opened for those of all gender identities to participate.
It matters that the core wisdoms of this work are transmitted accessibly through these opt-in workshop sessions, although if you desire the full mind, body, spirit transformation that anchors this work into living embodiment, I warmly encourage you to consider joining us for the monthly membership; enrollment is open.
However your personal path to sovereignty unfolds, I bow to you in reverence for saying “yes” to it. It is truly a life-long journey, yet we expand into more graceful metamorphosis when we choose to transform together.
Meet your Guide
My name is Claire (also known as Crystal Claire), & I am an Empowerment Mentor & soon-to-be licensed Social Worker with Tulane University.
Developing a sense of “sovereignty” through a holistic lens, centered upon spiritual, emotional, mental & physical well-being, has been a lifetime of personal work – refined through years of practice & devotion.
I warmly invite you to step onto this path with me. The potential rewards of authentic empowerment are invaluable & forever life-changing. But don’t take it just from my example – check the testimonials.
Transparency Matters
These price points were chosen based on the minimum cost of 1:1 sessions with Crystal Claire. Each workshop is the equivalent of multiple sessions at a discount, with a lifetime of transformation.
Full to partial scholarships are available for BIPOC, low-income folks, &/or single mothers. Fulfill this application and/or send a private message if you feel the call, but require support at this time– you are welcome in this space too.
