- This might result in shutting all men out as a perceived safety maneuver, yet still she remains in isolation, when deep down she craves to be in good relationship.
- Feels afraid or insecure around protecting herself, speaking up, and confidently standing up for herself and other women – particularly in the face of dominating masculine presence
- Fights for a better world for all with every ounce in her, but perhaps doesn’t know how much more in her she has left.

From there, we invoke the righteous warrior within. The resilient matriarch fueled by the flames of her own inner masculine / king. We call forth the virtue that the masculine principle is meant to uphold, and channel it within our empowered selves as birth-creators of the world we desire.
Through a powerful shamanic ritual, we further retrieve parts of our souls fragmented in previous timelines or experiences, & piece our once-broken selves back into wholeness to be revived. This is the transmutation of pain into power.

We enter the second chapter by re-awakening the original force of the feminine – the wisdom, skills & energetic blueprint that was once lost, but never forgotten. Here, we remember what it means to embody true feminine power.
Anchored in our feminine higher knowing, we are then able to redefine our relationship with the masculine. We address all masculine dynamics, including but not limited to fathers, lovers, brothers, & patriarchal systems at large.
This work is then integrated through a guided somatic womb clearing ritual in order to release any imprints of toxic masculinity in our beings & reclaim our personal sovereignty.

Meet your Guide
Claire Avelina (she/hers) grew up in a family of feminists. Her service in grassroots activism began at age 14, advocating for healthy sexual relations and mental health support at her high school.
Her main focus became sexual violence prevention and education in college, where she worked as the Vice President of the University of Oregon – a role that included the management of a $17 million budget across countless progressive campaigns both locally and federally.
After the election of Donald Trump in 2016, burnt-out & heart-broken, Claire turned to self-empowerment work. If the government won’t provide for us, we will ourselves. She has since devoted her life to equipping diverse populations with alternative modalities in order to restore their hearts, fortify their sovereignty & rebuild healthier communities.
